Serial dater LINDSAY LOHAN has a new man - Malibu, California designer SPENCER GUILBERT.
The actress, who dumped snowboarder Riley Giles earlier this month (Dec07), has been spotted out on romantic dates with the hunky 24-year-old, according to CelebrityBabylon.com.
The site claims 21-year-old Lohan met the University of Southern California (USC) graduate "through friends".
Spencer has his own clothing line, called Lord Royale.
