LONGORIA’S LOVE FOR BECKHAM
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star EVA LONGORIA and SPICE GIRL VICTORIA BECKHAM have bonded over their mutual sense of loneliness when their sports star husbands are away.
Longoria, who is married to basketball ace Tony Parker, and Victoria, who is wed to England and L.A. Galaxy soccer star David, first forged a friendship when they went to get their hair and nails done together.
And since then the pair have become best of friends. Longoria says, "Victoria Beckham is lovely, I really admire the wife and mother she is. I do have a lot in common with (her).
"Both of our husbands are athletes and they travel a lot. We’re always calling each other because they are always gone."
