CHURCH’S BOYFRIEND TO FACE CHARGES OVER TRAIN BEHAVIOUR
LATEST: The boyfriend of Welsh singer CHARLOTTE CHURCH will be prosecuted following his involvement in a disturbance on a train from London to Cardiff earlier this month (Dec07).
British Transport Police confirmed 25-year-old Gavin Henson and three other men have been ordered to appear in Cardiff magistrates court in January (08) over the incident, in which the rugby star allegedly vomited and publicly urinated while onboard, before calling a fellow passenger a "fat c**t".
Police met Wales rugby star Henson as he alighted the train in Cardiff, after a female guard alerted authorities of the star’s behaviour.
Henson’s club, Ospreys, apologised for the player’s behaviour.
