BRITNEY SPEARS is facing more embarrassment after failing to get a photographer she hired for a family photo session to sign a confidentiality agreement.
The troubled pop superstar invited Dani Brubaker into her California home last week (ends07Dec07) to take a holiday photograph of her and her two sons Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one. The images were meant to be for Spears’ personal use only - but shortly after the snaps were taken, Brubaker released a press statement bragging about the private shoot.
And the intimate family pictures could now end up being sold off, because Brubaker was never asked to sign a privacy contract.
A source tells MSNBC’s The Scoop, "She (Brubaker)’s just another person in a long line of people trying to profit from Britney Spears.
"Britney had no confidentiality agreement in place, so this photographer was able to tell the world that this photo shoot, which was meant to be a sweet family affair, not a publicity stunt, took place.
"(Spears) was choosing a photographer who had no reason to be faithful to Britney. Who knows whether Dani will turn around down the road and sell the proofs. It shows that there is no one advising this poor girl." Representatives for Brubaker have yet to comment on the situation.

The mother of British singer AMY WINEHOUSE has written an open letter pleading with her daughter to come home so she can be looked after by her family.
In a letter printed by British tabloid the News Of The World on Sunday (09Dec07), Janis Winehouse begs her daughter to get in contact so she can make the 24-year-old "fitter and stronger" than ever before.
The 52-year-old urged the Rehab hitmaker to put aside her career and focus on her health – a response prompted by recent photos of the troubled star wandering around London wearing just her bra and jeans.
She writes, “We were terrified after we saw those pictures of you earlier this week, wandering the freezing streets of London at dawn in your underwear.
"We want to help you, but we know that unless you want to be helped - unless you come to us - anything we tried would be in vain.
"So this letter is my way of making sure that you know that - that all you have to do is come to us, Amy, and we’ll do everything in our power to get you well again. After all, you are still my baby and you always will be. Please pick up the phone." Winehouse’s erratic behaviour in recent weeks has sparked concerns for her health, as she battles a drug addiction while her husband Blake Fielder-Civil remains behind bars at London’s Pentonville Prison. He is being held on charges including conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in relation to an earlier charge of grievous bodily harm.

Rockers GREEN DAY have prompted rumours of a secret side project, after fans realised new music released under the name FOXBORO HOT TUBS sounded remarkably like the band.
The group are currently working on a follow-up to their 2004 disc, American Idiot, but the stark similarities in vocals between Green Day front man Billie Joe Armstrong and those on the Foxboro Hot Tubs’ EP have got Internet blogs wondering whether the Holiday hitmakers have gone undercover to experiment with a new 1960s-inspired sound.
If Green Day are proven to be behind the Foxboro Hot Tubs, it would not be the first time they have released tracks under a pseudonym - in 2003, Armstrong, Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt dropped their techno release, Money Money 2020, under the name The Network.

Child actress DAKOTA BLUE RICHARDS has blown JAMES BOND star DANIEL CRAIG’s tough guy image - insisting the star is a "big kid".
The 13-year-old stars alongside fellow Brit Craig in The Golden Compass - and claims the 39-year-old was the opposite of his brooding onscreen persona.
She tells the New York Daily News, "He’s going to hate me for saying this, but he’s like a very big kid around me. He can be very immature and fun, and I liked hanging out with him."

JAMES BOND star DANIEL CRAIG is desperate to witness the Northern Lights after seeing the Arctic phenomena recreated on the big screen in his new film THE GOLDEN COMPASS.
The British actor has travelled extensively and visited some of the world’s most famous attractions but now he’s desperate to return to the Arctic just like his adventurer character in the family film.
He says, "I travelled up to the Arctic Circle as a child and I’ve been that far but I’ve never seen the lights.
"I’ve seen the midnight sun. I’ve been to Iceland and I’ve filmed up on the glaciers, but I’d love to see the Northern Lights." The lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, are naturally created coloured light displays in the night sky.

Troubled pop star BRITNEY SPEARS has been caught on camera stealing a cigarette lighter from a gas station - but the owner is refusing to press charges.
The singer, 26, had stopped at Chevron in Sherman Oaks, California, on Friday (07Dec07), when she grabbed the item on her way out of the store.
When alerted to her mistake by one of the paparazzi, Spears retorted: "I stole something. Oh, I’m bad!" And despite her apparent confession, Chevron owner Jatinder Kaur is not planning to contact authorities over the issue.
He tells People.com, "Yes, Britney stole a blue lighter here last night. The lighter is $1.39. I’m hoping maybe the next time she comes back she will pay for it.
"I know she can afford to pay for it, but I’m not planning to file a police report. It’s still not right for her to steal the lighter. I hope she will do the right thing the next time she comes here." This is the latest accusation of theft to hit Spears in recent weeks - in November (07), she allegedly walked off without paying for a wig from Hollywood sex shop Hustler, while just last week (02Dec07) she was accused of stealing four coats from fashion designer Katja Berglund following her birthday celebrations in Los Angeles.

BABYSHAMBLES frontman PETE DOHERTY is to reveal all about his life with ex-girlfriend KATE MOSS in a new TV documentary.
The singer is reportedly negotiating a $100,000 (£50,000) deal with a British channel to make a programme about his relationship with the supermodel.
A source tells British newspaper The Sunday People, "He has promised it will be a no-holds barred chat. Producers are hoping he’ll let them use a lot of film he and Kate shot on camcorders.

Former THE SOPRANOS star VINCENT PASTORE was on his best behaviour on the set of GUY RITCHIE’s new movie REVOLVER because he wanted to become a regular member of the director’s ‘Rat Pack’.
The tough guy actor was thrilled when Ritchie offered him a role in the film and spent his time on set convincing the director that, like co-star Jason Statham, he should be asked to play a part in all the Brit’s films.
Pastore explains, "We were working and despite what everybody probably thinks about guys like us, when you wrap you go home because you know you want to go to dinner and have a few beers and stuff.
"But you got a big day the next day and you don’t want to disappoint everybody and come in the next day with a hangover. Everybody is depending on you.
"You want to take advantage of doing the best job you can so these people want to work with you again and, obviously, since Jason and Guy have worked together three times, they like working together.
"I want to be a part of that. I loved working with Jason - he’s not late and I want to work again with Guy in London, so you want to get a good report card, case closed."

RESERVOIR DOGS star TIM ROTH regrets not making more of his creative skills because he could have been a better artist than actor.
The British star was a painter and a sculptor in his teens, before his acting career took off, and he often wonders what would have become of him if he had stuck to art.
He says, "I would like to see what would happen if I just pursued that and didn’t quit that to pursue acting.
"I think it’s an interesting subject. I have regrets I think. I don’t have regrets as to where I turned up, but I do wonder what it would be like to have pursued art instead of acting."

DUSTIN HOFFMAN once turned down a role offered to him by MARTIN SCORSESE because he thought the filmmaker was "crazy".
The Graduate actor was approached by the director to star in the now classic film Taxi Driver - but rejected the part because he was alarmed by the strange antics of 65-year-old Scorsese.
Hoffman, 71, says, "I remember meeting Martin Scorsese. He had no script and I didn’t even know who he was. I hadn’t seen any of his films and he talked a mile a minute telling me what the movie would be about. "I was thinking, ‘What is he talking about?’ I thought the guy was crazy! The film was Taxi Driver. I made so many dumb mistakes (turning down hit movies).

Former beauty queen SHANNA MOAKLER can understand why racing driver HELIO CASTRONEVES would fall for his DANCING WITH THE STARS partner - because the routines are "so hot and sexual".
Castroneves, who was crowned champion of the hit U.S. reality show last month (Nov07), recently split from his fiancee Aliette Vazquez amid rumours of an affair with his professional dance partner, Julianne Hough.

She adds, "You work with them for three months for eight hours a day doing these really sexy moves… you can’t help but fall for them." But Moakler admits she is not impressed by reports of an affair, according to the New York Post’s gossip column, PageSix.
She says, "At least I was separated (from estranged husband Travis Barker) when I hooked up with my partner." Moakler appeared on the hit TV contest in 2006, but was voted off the programme after just two weeks. She has since separated from +44 drummer Barker.

Scottish actor JAMES McAVOY has laughed off reports he has become a Hollywood sex symbol – because his looks are too average.
The Last King Of Scotland star insists there are many other actors who are more worthy of such an accolade.
He says, "I’m a non-alpha male. (Brad) Pitt and (Matt) Damon are considered to be the most beautiful people in the world and I’m clearly not.
"I don’t think I’ve been hit by the ugly stick or anything. I think I’m a fairly decent-looking guy but I’m not up there with that."

HITMAN star OLGA KURYLENKO is so desperate for a part in the film’s sequel, she has agreed to shave off all her hair for the role.
The Ukrainian actress, 27 - who appears in the new movie alongside Dougray Scott - would love to have a more action-packed part and has been trying to persuade producers to let her character turn into an assassin in the next installment.
She says, "The guys got to do most of the crazy stuff. I would love to do Hitwoman - but the producers said I would have to shave my head. For a good part, I wouldn’t mind."

The producers of the SEX AND THE CITY movie are so convinced it will be a hit, they have already begun planning for a sequel.
The movie’s star Sarah Jessica Parker - who has been filming the big screen version of the hit U.S. comedy in New York City for the past two months - is said to be eager to exercise the sequel option written into her contract, which stipulates she will reprise her role as Carrie Bradshaw should studio bosses plan a film follow-up.
An on-set source tells British newspaper The Mail On Sunday, "The producers are already working on a script for a second movie, they are so convinced the first will be a hit. They are exercising the sequel option in all of the stars’ contracts. "They want it to be a franchise and think they can stretch it over at least three movies." Sex And The City: The Movie is slated for release in the spring of next year (08).

UGLY BETTY star DAVID BLUE has been mugged at gunpoint after leaving a wrap party for the show in Los Angeles.
The actor, who plays the boyfriend of Michael Urie’s character in the hit show, escaped unscathed after the confrontation with thieves on Friday (07Dec07) night.
Writing about the incident on his MySpace page, Blue says, "Walking back to my friend’s car, about a block away from the party, two men jumped out of their car and held a gun to my face and stole my wallet and my friend’s purse/camera/phone.
"There’s a sad part of me that is just happy that I got away alive and that my friend wasn’t hurt. There’s another sad part of me that is happy they got me and not America Ferrera, Michael Urie, Judith Light or anybody else at the party with way more money than myself."

AMERICAN IDOL judge SIMON COWELL has denied reports he is to split with his longterm girlfriend TERRI SEYMOUR over his decision not to have children with her.
The 48-year-old has made it clear he doesn’t want to start a family as his career is too important, and was shocked when Seymour recently announced she is considering ending their relationship over the matter.
But Cowell insists they aren’t going to break up any time soon.
He says, "She knows the lifestyle I have with work. I can’t see me slowing and I can’t see it changing. I’ve not been given an ultimatum. I’m assuming it’s a way off.
"I don’t think it’ll be happening next month. I don’t know if she’ll leave me. I think she’s happy. We get on fine." Cowell has also faced speculation about his possible infidelity after he sparked rumours of a romance with fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue, when the pair was pictured holding hands in a taxi.
