RASCAL FLATTS star JOE DON ROONEY is delighted after learning he is to become a father for the first time.
The singer/guitarist’s wife, former Miss USA Tiffany Fallon, is four months pregnant with the couple’s first child, and Rooney cannot wait until the baby’s birth next May (08).
He tells People.com, "We are so excited to be adding a new life to our home." Rooney married the former Playboy model in April 2006.
