‘HIGH’ FISHBURNE HAD A NEAR-DEATH MOTORBIKE EXPERIENCE
THE MATRIX star LAURENCE FISHBURNE once came close to serious injury after smoking marijuana before embarking on a motorcycle journey in Russia seven years ago.
The actor - a motorcycle enthusiast - was travelling with his architect friend Frank Gehry in 2000 when he decided to go for a ride after getting high on the drug.
But, looking back on the incident, Fishburne regrets smoking the joint as he is convinced he put both of their lives in danger.
He tells the New York Daily News, "I had Frank Gehry, the world’s greatest living architect, on the back of my bike.
"I started to freak out. It was probably the most foolish thing I ever did on a motorcycle."
