EVERETT DESPERATE TO GET TATTOOED
British actor RUPERT EVERETT is desperate to get his first tattoo - blaming his new life ambition on a "mid-life crisis".
The My Best Friend’s Wedding star, 48, admits he’s keen to add the inked image of a double-headed eagle to a less-than-subtle part of his body - the back of his head.
He says, "I think it’s my mid-life crisis. I’ve always wanted to have a tattoo and so I’m going to have one. It’s going to be a double-headed eagle and it’s going to be on the back of my head.
"I like the symbolism of it look both ways and it also represents the Romanovs (the former Russian royal family) whom I love." But Everett isn’t worried about regretting the tattoo in years to come.
He adds, "And anyway, I can always let my hair grow and then no-one will see it."
