DEMPSEY IS NEW FACE OF VERSACE
GREY’S ANATOMY star PATRICK DEMPSEY has signed on as the new face of fashion house Versace.
The actor will front the company’s 2008 men’s spring/summer line after sitting for campaign photos with top fashion photographer Mario Testino.
Dempsey says, "It was so lovely to work with Donatella Versace, she is an iconic and inspirational woman and a wonderful person, not to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Mario Testino too, one of the world’s finest photographers." Versace says, "Patrick represents everything that is great about this collection… He is the modern man of today. He looks fantastic in the clothes." The winter has started well for Dempsey - his new film Enchanted also currently holds the number spot at the U.S. box office.
