Frustrated MANDY MOORE desperately wants to date a "normal" non-celebrity man but they refuse to approach her.
The 23-year-old pop star/actress insists she only dates celebrities because ‘normal’ men are too intimidated by her star status to talk to her, despite the fact she’s so "friendly".
