Country act NICKEL CREEK said farewell to fans with a little help from their friends on Thursday night (29Nov07) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The trio concluded its Farewell (For Now) Tour with two shows at the Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday and Thursday nights (2829Nov07), and the bandmates were joined by Bela Fleck and Tome Petty & The Heartbreakers star Benmont Tench.
Scott Thile, the band’s original bassist, also joined his son Chris and Watkins siblings Sara and Sean onstage.
The trio now plans go on hiatus for an undisclosed period.
