FATHER’S DEATH MAKES JAY-Z A BETTER BOYFRIEND

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:24 am

The death of rap superstar JAY-Z’s estranged father helped the rap mogul become a better boyfriend.
The 99 Problems hitmaker admits the 2003 tragedy was the spark he needed to open up emotionally to girlfriend Beyonce.
He insists the family death taught him the importance of dealing with his emotional issues.
He says, "When I was young, the person I looked up to most was my father, and once I experienced that hurt, the separation from the guy you thought was Superman, you never want to feel that hurt again." And now Jay-Z is convinced his relationship with Beyonce has improved as a result of his emotional bravery.
Jay-Z says, "I’m sure she thinks I’m closed off. I’m working on it. Just trying to deal with emotional issues, taking them on proactively. Before, I wouldn’t even address it." Jay-Z’s father left his mother when the future rap king was just 12 years old - but Jay-Z and his father reconciled before his death.
