Actress HALLE BERRY has TV therapist DR. PHIL MacGRAW to thank for her perfect pregnancy - his family-friendly book has helped the star and her model boyfriend come to terms with parenthood.
Berry’s beau Gabriel Aubry reveals Dr. Phil’s book Family First has proved invaluable.
He says, "(It’s a) great book. I recommend it." Aubry admits he has become a pregnancy scholar as he plans to become a first-time father: "I’ve been in preparation mode for five months… I’ve read a lot of books." And one lesson he’s learned is something he’d like to pass on to other fathers-to-be: "Don’t say she’s fat."
