NIELSEN: ‘I’M AN AWFUL MOTHER’
SYLVESTER STALLONE’s ex-wife BRIGITTE NIELSEN fought back tears as she came to terms with the fact she’s a bad mum as part of a hard-hitting new U.S. TV show.
The Danish actress is one of eight stars taking part in new show Celebrity Rehab, which debuts in America in January (08).
Counsellor Dr. Drew Pinsky invited the addicts to open up about their insecurities in one episode and alcoholic Nielsen revealed her parenting skills were lacking when it came to her son Jullian.
She said, "He suffered brain tumours for two years and he was suicidal. It was so bad… I was not there.
"I consider myself an awful mother but I know… how much I love him." Nielsen joins actor Daniel Baldwin, former wrestler Chyna and Grease actor Jeff Conaway on the new show. Of the eight celebrities who started the three week televised rehab, six completed it.
