Sexy fence
A drunk British man who allegedly attempted to have sex with a fence has walked free from court.
Daniel French, 24, appeared at a London’s Magistrates’ Court after breaking into Leicester Square Gardens and reportedly telling police he was "going to have sex with that fence".
Prosecutor Philip Lemoine told the court: "There were some sexual motions - drunken silliness - to the railings." French, who admitted to being drunk and disorderly, denied he attempted to have sex with the fence, saying the suggestion was "disgusting".
He added the three police offices "bullied" him by "pushing me against the fence and trying to provoke me".
French was sentenced to the time he had spent in custody since his arrest, meaning he would not have to serve any extra time.
