Eighties rocker BRET MICHAELS has given U.S. troops serving in Iraq a Thanksgiving treat - he’s touring army bases and putting on special performances. The former Poison frontman visited a military hospital at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait and Camp Anaconda in Balad, Iraq. The star visited wounded soldiers, tried out a military jet and signed autographs and even a missile, with the message, "Bret Michaels says suck on this". Michaels is the latest in a line of American stars lending their time to the war effort. TV actor Wilmer Valderamma is spending Thanksgiving (22Nov07) with troops in the Persian Gulf.
