Rapper KANYE WEST is selling his Beverly Hills, California mansion - it’s on the market for a staggering $8.69 million (£4.34 million).
The Stronger hitmaker’s property has been listed on Realtor.com, where it has been described as "a rare offering".
The two-storey house boasts six bedrooms, four baths and a detached garage, according to TMZ.com.
The news of West’s sale comes just days after the hip-hop star lost his mother, Dr. Donda West, who died on 10 November (07) from possible complications from plastic surgery. She was laid to rest on Tuesday (20Nov07) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
