Former HAPPY DAYS star SCOTT BAIO is a first-time father at the age of 45.
The actor’s fiancee, Renee Sloan, 35, went into premature labour and gave birth to a daughter on 2 November (07), according to U.S. magazine Life & Style.
Sloan already has an 18-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
