WINEHOUSE BREAKS U.K. FLIGHT LAWS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:39 pm

Troubled singer AMY WINEHOUSE has infuriated passengers on an aircraft by sneaking into a toilet to smoke.
The Rehab hitmaker was travelling on a British Airways flight from London to Glasgow for the Scottish leg of her U.K. tour when she was rumbled by cabin crew on Friday (16Nov07).
And although smoking on flights is illegal, British police have said they will not take action.
But her behaviour angered fellow passengers on the one-hour journey.
One tells British newspaper The Sun, "It’s one rule for her and another for us. I’d have been arrested if I was caught smoking in the toilet and rightly so.
"Fair enough she’s stressed out but it’s not exactly a long-haul flight." Winehouse disappointed scores of fans at the opening night of her U.K. tour in Birmingham, England, on Wednesday (14Nov07) - many of whom walked out of the "shambolic" show or demanded a refund for the poor performance.
