MUM PAYS $13,000 FOR HANNAH MONTANA TICKETS
An Indianapolis, Indiana, housewife paid $13,000 (£6,500) for four HANNAH MONTANA tickets so her children could see their heroine perform.
The unnamed mother was the top bidder at a local radio station auction on Friday morning (16Nov07).
Tickets for the 9 December Hannah Montana show in Indianapolis sold out in minutes when they went on sale last month (Oct07).
The show is one of America’s hottest tickets of the year.
