SIMPSON HUNTS FOR A MAN WHO WANTS TO MEET HER GRANDPARENTS
Actress/singer JESSICA SIMPSON’s ideal man is someone who wants to meet her grandparents - immediately.
During the first day of a two-day co-hosting stint on U.S. TV show The View, Simpson admitted she’s currently single - but she knows exactly what type of man she’s looking for.
Simpson, who recently dated rocker John Mayer and has been romantically linked to actor Owen Wilson, said, "As far as boys go, I don’t need them. I want a man.
"(I need) somebody who’s a really great family guy. Like, if a kid were to come up to him and tug on his shirt, he’d pick him up and twirl him around. I definitely love a family man, a guy that’s not afraid to pick up the babies.
Somebody that wants to meet my grandparents immediately.
"I think all those characteristics are what make a man attractive.
"I think, mentally, I need a guy that can really have a strong, confident woman." Simpson adds, "If he has a cute butt, that’s all right."
