WEST AUTOPSY: ‘CAUSE OF DEATH IS INCONCLUSIVE’
LATEST: An autopsy performed on the body of KANYE WEST’s late mother DONDA has failed to reveal the cause of death.
Experts are now relying on the results of extensive toxicology tests which may be able to provide valuable clues in the investigation into the death of Dr Donda West, who passed away on Saturday (10Nov07).
A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office says it could now be several weeks before an official conclusion is reached.
The 58-year-old is reported to have suffered complications following plastic surgery which may have led to her death.
However, Dr Jan Adams, who performed a tummy tuck and a breast reduction operation on West the day before she died, has denied any responsibility insisting he has "done nothing wrong".
