RUSSELL: ‘HIGHMORE IS A NORMAL KID’
Actress KERI RUSSELL has lavished praise on child star FREDDIE HIGHMORE because he’s "just a normal kid".
The actor, 15, shot to fame playing the title role in 2005’s Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, and Russell insists it’s refreshing to work with a youngster who isn’t obsessed with their career.
She says, "Who doesn’t love Freddie? He’s the best thing going. I love that guy! In general child actors are creepy, but when he’s not shooting, he’s a normal kid.
"Without naming names, you have eight-year-olds today who are going on chat shows and talking about their career arcs."
