A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: "Mishcon have just been tearing their hair out. They are astonished at Heather’s crazy outbursts.
"She was warned against going on TV and talking about Paul, their marriage and anything about her daughter. But she just refused to listen. She was told time and again to keep quiet because she might hand Sir Paul’s lawyers an easy victory. "But she is so crazy she decided she knew better than the best divorce lawyers in the country. The 39-year-old vegan blamed Paul for the breakdown of their marriage, branded Paul’s daughter "evil", claimed she was suicidal after receiving death threats and likened herself to the late Princess Diana.
Yesterday (08.11.07), she returned to UK breakfast show ‘GMTV’ and insisted it was a relief to give her side of the story.
She said: ‘Speaking out was the difference between being in prison and being on parole. I got the chance to defend myself. It was unbelievably cathartic.

If 25-year-old Blake is convicted of conspiracy to pervert justice, he could receive a life sentence.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "A thorough investigation is being carried out into claims of conspiracy to pervert justice in connection with a trial. "Three men have been arrested and are being questioned, and we are expecting to make further arrests."

A source said: "Brad and Angelina are very interested in the property and will be closely following any developments involving the Neverland Ranch." Brad and Angelina - who have three adopted children, six-year-old Maddox, Pax, three, Zahara, two, and 17-month-old biological daughter Shiloh - believe their kids would love the fairground rides and zoo at the 2,700-acre Santa Barbara ranch.

Earlier this week, it was reported Jackson had defaulted on three consecutive mortgage payments and was in danger of losing the property.
Jackson, who has owned the Neverland Ranch since 1988, was told to repay the $23,212,963 he owed on a $23 million loan within 90 days.
The ‘Thriller’ singer has barely lived at the ranch since police searched the property in 2003 in relation to child molestation accusations. When he was cleared of all charges in 2005, Jackson left the US and moved to Bahrain.
He said: "I won’t live there ever again. It’s a house now. It’s not a home anymore. I’ll only visit." Jackson’s representative Raymone K. Bain insists his client isn’t worried about the property going into foreclosure.

The 61-year-old actor is in talks to helm a new version of the cult 1974 film which originally starred Charles Bronson as a New York City accountant who becomes a one-man vigilante after his daughter is beaten and his wife is murdered by street punks.
The remake is being made by MGM studios.
The company’s chief operating officer Rick Sands said: ‘We hope to get a deal done with Sylvester Stallone to direct and star, and like the ‘Rocky’ and ‘Rambo’ films, we see this as another potential franchise for him.’ Michael Ferris and John Brancato - who penned the script for ‘Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines’ - have been brought onboard to write the screenplay for the project.
Production on ‘Death Wish’ is due to begin next March, with a release date scheduled for 2009.
Stallone’s fourth outing as Vietnam veteran John J. Rambo is expected in cinemas next year.
In 2006, the sixth movie in the ‘Rocky’ franchise, ‘Rocky Balboa’, took an impressive $150 million worldwide.

Anne Kiley added: ‘Since October 5 there have been 10 negative drug tests, the idea that she needs to respond within the hour is meaningless.
‘Is the issue that Britney Spears needs to get up at 8.30am and answer the phone? She’s a pop star with a number one album. She is not up that early.’ However, Judge Scott Gordon hit back, saying the time of the tests are important as it will prove whether the ‘Toxic’ singer can follow rules.
He said: ‘She needs to take responsibility. The issue is to see if she can follow a court order.
‘Since we started this, there have been lost phones, changed numbers, voicemails being left on someone else’s voicemail.
‘Maybe we should set up a fixed appointment for her to be tested. The point is we cannot continue to do these weekly ex-parte motions.’ Britney currently has three supervised visits a week with her sons but last month Judge Gordon took her rights away after she couldn’t be contacted on a mobile phone number she had given.
He later reinstated her visitation rights when she gave the correct number.

A US couple were left stunned after a cow landed on their minivan.
Charles and Linda Everson were driving in Seattle when the animal fell off a nearby 200ft cliff and hit the vehicle’s bonnet.
Charles said: "It was just bam - you just saw something come down and hit the hood." The couple - who weren’t hurt - carried on driving for about a mile before pulling over.
Charles, 49, said he didn’t actually see the animal and was unaware what had happened until after the impact.
He added: "I’m like, ‘I don’t believe this. I don’t believe this. I don’t believe this.’" Arnold Baker, Chelan County Fire District 5 chief, said: "It’s funny because it was such a close call. Inches different and the couple in this car would have been killed."

Jared and Justin Serovich, from Los Angeles, invented the Rip Away 1000 to stop people getting into uncomfortable situations.
The waistband of the pants is held on by velcro and comes away in a bully’s hands if a wedgie is attempted.
Justin explained: "When the person tries to grab you like the bully or the person tries to give you a wedgie they just rip away."

A British man has offered businesses the chance to advertise their company by having their name tattooed onto his back.
Jonathan Mothers, 25, wants £1million to keep the artwork on him for life and says he’ll show off his back to as many people as possible.
He said: "There has been a great response and if more than one firm wants to advertise, I could divide the space and sell it off that way." Estate agent Jonathan is advertising his idea on networking website Facebook.

A US woman is suing her dentist after he nearly drilled her eye out while dancing to a disco classic.
Brandy Fanning claims George Trusty was boogying to Rose Royce’s ‘Car wash’ when his drill slipped and punctured her sinus cavity, lodging by her eye socket.
Fanning then underwent emergency surgery after Dr. Trusty was unable to remove the bit.
She had gone to the emergency dental clinic in October 2004 after pain in a molar worsened.
Dr Trusty gave her novocaine and while he was drilling the molar, she heard a snap.
The lawsuit said, Dr Trusty was "performing rhythmical steps and movements to the song ‘Car Wash’ which was on the radio".

An Australian crocodile was locked up in a police cell after it threatened local fishermen.
Police officers in Nhulunbuy claim they had "no other option" than to isolate it overnight after they captured the animal late in the evening.
The crocodile was put in an unused cell and taken to a nearby crocodile farm the following morning.
Senior Constable Wade Marshall said police had reacted after receiving reports that the crocodile "had a go at some fishermen retrieving their boat at the local boat ramp".
When officials arrived at the scene the crocodile was about 30m from the ramp. They waited until nightfall, when the reptiles are apparently easier to spot, before capturing it.

A US woman is selling her breast milk - because her baby cannot keep up with her supply.
Martha Heller, from Iowa, has taken out a newspaper ad offering three litres of her milk for $200.
She claims her freezer is overflowing with breast milk she has pumped since August because her four-month-old daughter is not drinking as much as she is producing.
Heller now donates to the University of Iowa’s Mother’s Milk Bank, but the three litres of milk she wants to sell were pumped before she went through the screening process for the bank and cannot be donated.
She said she researched laws regarding the sale of breast milk and could not find any in Iowa.
Breast milk can be safely stored in a freezer for up to three months.

A British mother was stunned when her son turned up on her doorstep - because she thought she had buried him just days earlier.
Gina Partington’s 37-year-old son Thomas Dennison was reported missing last month and a body was found in Rusholme, Manchester, three days later.
Gina, 58, formally identified the body as that of her son and, following an inquest, the body was cremated on October 30.
But police had actually found Dennison, who was living rough in Nottingham, four days earlier.
The case has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission to discover why Partington was not told of her son’s discovery in the days before she attended the cremation.
Police said in a statement: "This set of circumstances is clearly distressing and urgent inquiries are ongoing to establish how this happened."

A US man has broken a world record after sharing a bath with 87 rattlesnakes.
Jackie Bibby, from Texas, spent 45 minutes in a see-through tub with the reptiles who crawled under his arms, between his legs and anywhere else they could slither. Bibby said: "They can go wherever they want as long as they don’t start biting. The key to not biting is for me to stay still. Rapid movement scares a rattlesnake. If you move real slow and gentle, that doesn’t seem to bother them." Bibby sat in the dry tub with a pillow behind him, wearing regular clothing.
The snakes were not defanged and still contained their venom.
