O’BRIEN MET ‘STALKER’ LAST YEAR
LATEST: U.S. chat show host CONAN O’BRIEN came face-to-face with his suspected stalker at a banquet in September 2006.
Reverend David Ajemian, a priest in the Archdiocese of Boston, Massachusetts, has been accused of writing O’Brien threatening notes on parish letterheads, contacting his parents and showing up at the New York studio where he works.
He was arrested last week (ends03Nov07) while trying to enter a taping session of NBC’s Late Night With Conan O’Brien, a Manhattan prosecutor confirmed on Wednesday (07Nov07).
And now a photograph has been obtained by website CelebSlam.Buzznet.com that shows O’Brien and Ajemian chatting at the opening of the Cor Unum Meal Center in Lawrence, Massachusetts last year (06).
Ajemian, who has been placed on leave by the Boston Archdiocese, could face up to a year in prison if convicted of aggravated harassment and stalking.
