ANDERSON PRAISES FILMING IN INDIA
Director WES ANDERSON loved filming new movie THE DARJEELING LIMITED in India, because the experience was so different to shooting in the U.S.
The 38-year-old concedes that working on the film was often a harrowing experience, as health and safety concerns are not as strict as those in America.
But Anderson insists any accidents or electric shocks or near-fatal incidents were worth the risk.
He says, "One day the train got electrified, so anyone who was touching anything metal on the train was jolted.
"On an American movie they would freak out, but the gaffer more or less told me he’s been shocked a million times and it was fine. I kinda liked that."
