MY BLOODY VALENTINE REUNITE
Cult group MY BLOODY VALENTINE have reformed and plan to record a new album.
Kevin Shields’ British rock act are three quarters of their way through an album they started in 1996, according to the frontman in a rare interview with VBS.tv show Soft Focus.
And there are ambitious plans to release the new album before the end of 2007.
He says, "People will go, ‘Yeah, it sounds like My Bloody Valentine.’" The group have been inactive since 1995, but reports of a reunion spread this summer (07) when My Bloody Valentine were linked to the 2008 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in California.
