SPEARS PLANNED HEAD SHAVING STUNT
BRITNEY SPEARS regularly threatened to shave her head months before ordering a hairdresser to chop off her locks, according to her former assistant. Kalie Machado claims the Toxic hitmaker often toyed with the idea of going bald, but was still stunned when Spears eventually shaved her head in a bizarre stunt in February (07).
She says, "There were two times she wanted to shave her head. I was like ‘Britney, it’s probably not the best idea’.
"The first time we were driving and she was like ‘Pull over to the salon’.
She didn’t go through with it in the end. I wasn’t there the second time, when she went through with it.
"I still don’t know why she did it - she never told me. She was forced into rehab before she got the chance."
