Actress REBECCA DE MORNAY was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence during a routine traffic stop last week (30Oct07).
Tom Cruise’s Risky Business co-star was pulled over in Beverly Hills, California on 30 October (06) for an unknown traffic violation.
Police claim officers "immediately detected an odour of alcoholic beverages" and that De Mornay failed a number of on-the-spot sobriety tests before she was arrested.
The 48-year-old was cited for a blood alcohol level of .09 and was released from Beverly Hills police station two hours later.
