BATMAN SCENE AXED OVER BACTERIA FEARS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:30 pm

A scene in the forthcoming BATMAN movie filmed in Hong Kong’s polluted waters has been axed, over fears for star CHRISTIAN BALE’s safety.
Producers of The Dark Knight - the sequel to 2005’s Batman Begins - have scrapped the scene in Victoria Harbour, after finding the water contained high levels of fatal bacteria.
A crew member says, "The plan was for Batman to be seen jumping into the water and then climbing up some bamboo on to a pier.
"But when they checked a water sample, they found all sorts of things, salmonella and tuberculosis, so it was cancelled. Now the action will cut to inside a building."
