KID ROCK will not be charged with any offence following his fight with TOMMY LEE at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas last month (Sep07).
The rap/rocker was cited for misdemeanour battery after hitting his former love rival Lee at the televised event.
But Lee asked for the matter to be dropped and officials have now decided not to press charges.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Ron Bloxham says, "It should be noted that Tommy Lee has requested that there be no prosecution relating to the incident and there were no injuries to either person."
