The Wisin y Yandel rapper, real name Juan Luis Morera, is undergoing tests after falling ill in Miami, Florida.
The star’s publicist tells PeopleenEspanol.com, "We’re still waiting for the doctor’s prognosis." Dengue fever is a potentially fatal malaria-like illness transmitted to humans by mosquitos.
