RODRIGUEZ ‘POSITIVE’ ABOUT JAIL SENTENCE
LATEST: MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ has reassured fans she is "as positive as ever" after being handed a six-month prison sentence.
The Lost actress was told she must spend Christmas in jail after she violating her probation for driving under the influence. She had admitted failing to complete community service and submitting a false document to show she carried out one day of community work on 25 September (07).
A message on the Rodriguez’ MySpace page by her webmaster insists, "Yes, it’s true. 180 days in county jail. That is her sentence. But all is well. She is and will be just fine. Just hours after this ruling, she’s as positive as ever." Rodriguez must report to a Los Angeles County jail to begin the sentence by 24 December (07). She must also complete 30 days of road clean-up duty.
