MANICS SHELVE FESTIVE SINGLE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:20 pm

Welsh rockers MANIC STREET PREACHERS have shelved plans to release a Christmas single - insisting the song is too "cheesy".
The band were hoping to release the unnamed track in time for the festive season, but have since opted to give it away on their official website.
Drummer Sean Moore, 39, says, "The song is finished, and there’s all the traditional sounds like sleigh-bells. It’s a proper Wizzard style tune. However we were worried about looking like dickheads, so aren’t going to make it an official release… it’s just too cheesy."
