BECKHAMS LOSE COURT BID

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 7:35 am

DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM could be ordered to demolish part of their French home after losing a court bid to sue two photographers for trespassing.
The couple filed a $80,000 (£40,000) lawsuit against French snappers Philippe Bryzac and Francois Glories after they were caught on the ground of their French Riveria home.
But the court heard the photographers did not climb fences to access the house in Draguignan and had not taken any pictures.
Glories further claimed he was thrown into the sea after trying to take a picture of the soccer star.
Bryzac’s lawyer claimed the Beckhams were trying to keep out photographers because of an unauthorised building.
Draguignan council will pursue the couple for spending $3 million (£1.5million) on a luxury swimming pool without planning permission.
