SPEARS TO BE BOOKED FOR HIT & RUN
LATEST: BRITNEY SPEARS has been ordered back to court - to face the woman whose car she smashed in an on-camera hit-and-run parking lot accident in August (07).
A Los Angeles County judge has ruled the singer is to be booked for scraping Kim Robard-Rifkin’s vehicle with her Mercedes-Benz while attempting to park in Van Nuys, California on 6 August (07).
Spears’ attorney, Michael Flanagan, reveals his client is trying to work out a deal with Robard-Rifkin, who pressed charges when the pop star ignored her pleas to get in touch and accept responsibility for the damage she caused.
