BETTY BOO: "I DID NOT LIE ABOUT GIRLS ALOUD SPLIT"
ALISON "BETTY BOO" CLARKSON insists she did not lie that GIRLS ALOUD are set to split.
The Doin’ The Do singer recently claimed she was asked to write songs for Cheryl Cole’s solo album.
Cole blasted the rumours - accusing Clarkson of making the story to boost her own image.
However, Clarkson insists she was not lying.
She says, "I did not make that story up. "Management were thinking ahead and it’s a well-known secret in the record industry that Girls Aloud are going to split up. I was asked if I’d get involved in the future and I mentioned it during a radio interview. "Cheryl then said I was lying but it’s not my fault if her people hadn’t told her we’d spoken."
