CONNICK’S TRIBUTE TO NEW ORLEANS VICTIMS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:14 pm

Musician HARRY CONNICK JNR has dedicated his next album to the victims of Hurricane Katrina in his hometown of New Orleans.
The singer has vowed all proceeds from the LP, entitled My New Orleans, will be donated those who were affected by the hurricane in Louisiana in 2005.
He says, "I’d been toying with an idea of doing a New Orleans record for a couple of years. After Hurricane Katrina, I was nervous - the last thing I wanted people to think was that I was trying to cash in on what happened. But the record itself far outweighed any scepticism I had."
