McDONNELL GRANTED RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST STALKER
Actress MARY McDONNELL has been granted a restraining order against a stalker after the crazed fan posted photographs of the star’s children online.
McDonnell, who plays President Laura Roslin on cult TV show Battlestar Galactica, obtained the cease-and-desist order from a California court earlier this week (ends28Sep07) after images of her kids Olivia and Michael appeared on an internet fan forum, reports PageSix.com.
The stalker, from Kansas City, Missouri, posted the pictures online using the screen name ‘peakeana’.
One student who attends Brandeis University near Boston, Massachusetts, says: "I have personally seen this woman following Mary McDonnell around on campus." McDonnell, who is married to actor Randle Mell, has yet to release a comment.
