McENTIRE’S ‘SWEET DREAMS’ OF LENNOX DUET
Country superstar REBA McENTIRE is desperate to duet with British singer ANNIE LENNOX - but the EURYTHMICS star is always too busy.
McEntire is currently working on a duets album, which includes collaborations with the likes of Justin Timberlake and Faith Hill. She was keen for Lennox to take part too - and hasn’t given up on the chance to sing with the Sweet Dreams hitmaker.
She tells U.S. talk show host Larry King, "I had asked Annie Lennox. And she was really busy and wrote me the nicest e-mail back saying that she was very flattered that I had asked but she can’t do it right now. So, hopefully, if I ever get to do another one, she’ll be able to do the next one."
