FOXX CONCERNED SURGERY WOULD RUIN HIS VOICE
Actor/singer JAMIE FOXX worried surgery to remove a gland from his neck last year (06) would wreck this music career.
The Oscar winner was told a parathyroid gland wasn’t functioning properly and would have to be cut out during a routine check-up in 2006.
And the soul star dreaded the idea his smooth singing voice would be irreparably damaged.
He says, "I was a little worried about the surgery because it’s right next to the throat and I’ve got to sing."
