VON TEESE IS NATURAL BLONDE
Burlesque star DITA VON TEESE is not naturally a raven-haired beauty - she has been dying her blonde hair for 16 years.
The 34-year-old - real name Heather Renée Sweet - dislikes her naturally light-coloured hair and spent years experimenting with a variety of colours before settling with black.
She says, "I have been dyeing my hair since I was 18. First, I was platinum blonde, then red, then burgundy. "Finally one day there was nowhere else to go but black. I like the contrast between pale-skin and dark hair."
