VALDERRAMA’S SOUTHERN FOOD FLAIR
Actor-turned-restaurateur WILMER VALDERRAMA will use his South American roots to influence the food at his new Las Vegas steakhouse.
Valderrama opens the doors to his restaurant The Company at the Luxor hotel and casino with stars Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton later this year (07).
And the comedy star is keen to introduce a hint of Venezuelan flair to the menu.
He tells People.com, "I’m more of a South American guy. So I’m more of like rice, you know, yucca, arepas - It’s our (the Venezuelan) version of tortillas,"
