McCARTHY DENIES MARRIAGE RUMOURS

Actress JENNY McCARTHY denies she is planning to wed longterm boyfriend JIM CARREY - insisting their love is "too deep" for marriage.
The former model - who ended her marriage to film director John Asher in 2005 after six years - vows never to marry again.
She says, "There will be no certificate. It goes far deeper than that. Jim came into our life with an open heart and open arms." McCarthy and Carrey have been dating for two years.
