HARD-FI BUTCHER BRITNEY’S TOXIC

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:21 pm

British rockers HARD-FI fear their new cover version of BRITNEY SPEARS’ hit TOXIC could drive the troubled singer mad.
The band tackled the 2004 track for a BBC album of songs to mark British radio station Radio 1’s 40th birthday - and frontman Richard Archer confesses Spears won’t be impressed with their version, which fuses it with The Clash’s version of Brand New Cadillac.
Archer says, "I think the poor girl’s been through enough. This might be the final straw."
