CRITICISM PUSHED FLOCKHART CLOSE TO QUITTING
CALISTA FLOCKHART was so disheartened by negative criticism of her TV show BROTHERS & SISTERS she considered quitting.
The U.S. drama - Flockhart’s first show since Ally McBeal - was badly received when it first aired in 2006, and she agreed with the critics.
She says, "At times I agreed. I’d say, ‘Yeah, this is train wreck, this is a disaster and thank God because I don’t want to do it. I’ll get to go home and not work anymore.’ "But now we’re having great fun."
