Rapper/actress EVE is launching her own film production company later this year (07) - so she can retire from the entertainment industry financially secure.
The 28-year-old has forged a successful career as a screen star with roles in Barber Shop, XXX and The Woodsman, and although she has no plans to quit Hollywood just yet, she admits setting up her own production firm is all in preparation for the future.
She tells Allhiphop.com, "I still read scripts regularly and I actually have a movie production company that I’m developing with two of my girlfriends right now.
"I love movies and acting so when I’m ready for kids and marriage later on, I want it to be my stability and my life."
