BLIGE LENDS SUPPORT TO SPEARS
R&B queen MARY J. BLIGE sent troubled star BRITNEY SPEARS a message of support ahead of her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards .
The I’m Goin’ Down hitmaker was excited to watch Spears’ comeback performance on Sunday night (09Sep07) and tipped the singer to make a successful return to the charts.
She tells MTV, "I absolutely think Britney could make the comeback. "Someone who’s been through as much as she’s been through - you just want her to win. I know I want her to win."
