SPICE GIRLS TRIBUTE FOR PRINCESS DIANA?

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:06 pm

Reformed pop sensations the SPICE GIRLS are recording a tribute single for late British royal DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES, according to reports.
Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm will film a video to accompany the track ahead of their world tour, which begins later this year (07).
The new song is alleged to include the lyrics, "Lady, you are an inspiration to us all, you made every woman stand so tall," a reference to the Princess’ inspirational legacy, despite her death in 1997 following a car crash in Paris.
A source tells British newspaper The People, "Geri was a huge fan and refers to Diana as the original Queen of Girl Power.
"She has been key in ensuring the single and video demonstrate that in a tasteful way."
