VINNIE JONES’ WIFE’S HEALTH PROBLEMS
Soccer star-turned-movie tough guy VINNIE JONES’s wife TANYA suffers from crippling kidney problems that puts a constant strain on the couple’s relationship.
Tanya, 40, underwent a heart transplant 20 years ago when her heart collapsed whilst giving birth. She has since had a mini-hysterectomy, and last year (06) was struck with kidney troubles that forced her back into hospital.
Jones now lives in constant fear she’ll be struck by new problems.
The Swordfish star says, "It’s not easy. You live day-to-day. You don’t just get over something like that. She still has to take drugs and goes back to hospital for an annual check-up."
