COMBS DENIES INTERNET DRUG SLUR
Hip-hop mogul SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS has slammed internet reports suggesting he was seen buying drugs as "patently false".
The Bad Boy Records boss, 37, was left fuming after an amateur video clip showing him at a party surfaced online, prompting viewers to suggest the footage looked like a drug deal.
In the clip, Combs, dressed in a white shirt and sunglasses, is seen dancing with clubbers at Ibiza’s DC10 club and chatting to a tall, blond man.
At one point, the rapper raises two fingers as his companion plays with something in his hand. Combs is then seen lifting his hand to the side of his face - an action viewers of the YouTube video have compared to a drugs exchange.
But Combs’ lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, insists his client has never had anything to do with illegal substances.
Brafman says, "Any suggestion he is buying drugs would be patently false. He does not use drugs."
